Coaching Session:

With this Wholistic approach of coaching, we will dive deeper into your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges, desires and goals. This is not a one size fits all program and each approach is created uniquely based on your needs. I am here to provide you with a safe space to feel every welcomed emotion. We begin by bringing awareness, love and compassion to all that exists right now, in all layers. And from there, empower you with tools to release what does not serve you and remove what is blocking you from moving forward. I am here to serve you to have inner joy, fulfillment and peace, to live the life you so desire, and to come back to the you that you know is your true home.

Energy Healing

This interactive, intuitive energy healing session will cover all layers of human experience (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual). Every healing is uniquely geared towards your needs in the moment whether you are conscious about them or not. I merely act as a doorway to channel whatever healing is at your highest good. The sessions are unique, healing, insightful and transformational.

When my daughter was younger, I recognized she dealt with emotions and transitions different than her peers.
She is a very sensitive yet strong willed little human and as a toddler all of those characteristics where magnified. I tried to seek out positive parenting solutions to deal with the intense tantrums, sleep issues, and power struggles. I can’t count the number of times that both of us ended in tears just trying to get a car seat belt on her in a parking lot. Nighttime it intensified and getting an overtired emotional child to sleep was tough. To say I felt I was failing and doing something wrong is an understatement.
After my first healing with Tina, I could see the shift and stress in both my daughter and I MELT IMMEDIATELY.
I intuitively knew I was missing something in being able to communicate with my daughter and Tina tuned into it right away. Tina was able to clear energies weighing heavy around my daughter. My daughter immediately felt better after her healing sessions.
I’m a physical therapist so have a thorough understanding of the human body and how it heals. Tina unlocks a different aspect of healing that is unlike anything I have ever experienced.
Tina is able to tap into our own abilities and almost level up our higher self with her healings. Her healings are something so powerful. From my understanding everyone has their own experience from her healings but what I can describe the experience as is the deepest form of MEDITATION I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes my whole body heats up and my head and hand tingle with energy. Other times I’ve felt my 3rd eye light on fire as my chakra was opening.
I feel so lucky to have experienced this powerful work and know I will use Tina again whenever I’m dealing with a big decision, obstacles or need better communication in a relationship.
